1. Introduction

Renovio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website renovio.us and the Renovio mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Cost data & estimator usage: When you use the estimate widget on this website or the estimator in our mobile app, your ZIP code and project selections are processed on your device (client-side) and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, or have access to the ZIP codes or project selections you enter.

Subscription information: If you subscribe to Renovio Premium through the iOS app, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple may share a transaction receipt with us solely to verify your subscription status.

Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and page visit timestamps. This data is used for security, performance optimization, and aggregate analytics. The mobile app does not collect analytics or tracking data.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4. Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on parts of our Service. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregate data with analytics providers to understand usage patterns and improve our Service.

6. Your Rights

For EU residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Since our estimator processes all data locally in your browser, we do not retain personal data that would be subject to these requests.

We do not sell personal information.
